woot!! it has been a tiring week... bro finish his official wedding... sign the papers n now under the laws eyes they r a couple now... ^^ Congrats!! haha... before i start anything i wanna comment about the stuff i heard today... i've to thank all my friends who made it for the buffet... ^^ thx for coming down.. sry to those who had to sit at the 'VIP' seats... thy will know wad it meant... hee hee... ps... cannot blame me... u gotta blame the main organizer =p he never arrange it properly... i did my job well enough ^^ oh n to the special some1 i know she doesnt read my blog at all.. hope she get well soon ^.^ may all the gd blessing be on her...
now the real blog begins... was shock to see the attendance give by the members... it was less then 1/2 the population... thn i heard it was only upper sec practices... ok.. reasonable... Express students had to attend some workshop n Normal Academic need not attend... wad logic issit then?? look down on NA students?? well.. it's the sch system... shall not comment on it... on the way to visit sch... saw afew members going home where it was suppose to be their practices... 1 even tried to hide her face from us... wanna skip practices y be shy about it?? *wonders..*
sir commented about the members not having the eager to look forward to every practices... well.. days have change.. ppl nowadays r no longer like us... n ppl never treasure wad's give to them at all.. thy take things for granted anw... the last outdoor performance was a flock.. as told by the teachers n conductors... i didnt see it for my own eyes didnt know how bad was it... but hearing wad sir said today... the band is going down hill totally sank my heart... at 1st i thought my batch was bad enough... now this is worse... i tried to pull the band together n tried to bring them higher... instead i wasnt experience enough to bring them up high... i had a great fall.. the greatest fall i ever had in life... the award given to us was unexpected n had no1 to be blame about it... cause we werent prepared enough... we werent ready... sch was giving so little n was expecting big... we had to bring a fresh batch to syf too... n the exposure was totally not enough... now after my batch everything pick up... i watch it by my own eyes seeing the band pick up... thy had tutor coming in... music exchanging, outdoor performance, etc... everything was given to them... new instruments, additional items such as stands personally for instrument, protective gears n etc... everything was given to the students... n wad did thy know about it?? during my time?? the sch doesnt even care about it... does the band need another wake up call?? it isnt my job anw... but it hurts seeing them going down... as told by sir... the reputation build by the alumni is going down the drain... all the effort we put in is going to waste... wad is going on with the members?? wad's wrong with them? there's even an urgent call from sir if the alumni is needed to go n perform... well.. my decision was final... i'm not performing... n i will not perform... i'll only be the videography man...
reactivate all the alumni is an impossible job already... either all r working or army or still studying... wanting all to come back?? i guess only the fresh graduate batch will go back.. other then tt... the rest of the batch is impossible to be called-back...
majors fault? SL fault? Members fault? School fault? Teachers fault? Conductor Fault????
whose will it be then? no motivation? no target? so dead... zombie was use to describe the members... come n go for practices... never had the fighting or eager sprite to come for band or fight for their own rights... will speaking to them help actually? Hmm... wonders... if it would, i dun mind forking out my time to go back n lecture them by in wad states do i have? i'm only a public member n a alumni which is not recognize by the school... Shall look at the situation n how it's being tackle... Everything will be KIV
